Hi, I'm Kristine
I see the glass as half full and always find the bright light at the end of the tunnel.
I am a wife, mom to three boys and a very proud doodle mom. I am a California girl living in the mountains of Colorado.
Starting back in my twenties when I was a women's fitness trainer and in graduate school for my Masters in Counseling I became obsessed with women's HEALTH and WELLNESS. This includes all areas of women's health, physical, mental and spiritual.
Over the past 20 years of serving as a life, wellness (and sales) coach, I know that my purpose on this earth is to help women feel their best and reach their fullest potential.
I believe in and love to inspire women to be who they are and live as their truest most beautiful self. I love to see women find joy, comfort and calm and find clarity in their own unique path in life.

But it wasn't always this way...
With three young kids, a full career as a sales leader and a wife, I found myself feeling overwhelmed and falling into patterns of getting stuck or negative. So, I figured out a path to live the life I knew I could. Then, I taught this to my private clients. Now, I'm sharing the exact playbook with you in the Revitalize + Thrive program.
